The Marketing and Publications Manager is responsible for assisting in all efforts to design, drive, and implement marketing, advertising and public relations strategies to meet and/or exceed short-term and long-term goals for The Masters School.
In addition, the Marketing and Publications Manager will be responsible for leading the effort to produce the school magazines and other print publications, proofreading and copy editing school content, and promoting and publicizing school events.
The role of the College Counseling Office Manager is to provide support to the College Counseling Team, as well as serve as the welcoming face of the College Counseling Office. The role requires meticulous maintenance of our office database and workspace, coordination and execution of the Advanced Placement exams, as well as management and distribution of office communications with the various Masters School constituencies.
The Administrative Assistant to the Head of the Middle School is responsible for working directly in an administrative support role to the Head of the Middle School and provides support to The Masters School administrative team as needed. This position also provides front office support including, but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, directing calls, coordinating general middle school office operations, and greeting and attending to school visitors, parents, staff, and student requests.
This full-time time position reports to the Director of Technology. This individual will be responsible for the overall health and security of the wired and wireless network.
Perform various custodial duties to include daily cleaning of assigned areas, restrooms, lounges, offices, classrooms and corridors in accordance with standard operating procedures of the department.
This is a part time position requiring the availability to work all shifts and be on-call. Security Officers perform duties necessary to protect The Masters School property and members of the school community from harm, maintaining order and security within the school grounds.
The School Nurse will join the Health Center team and the residential community to promote good health and provide first aid, medical treatment, advice and support for students and staff. The major focus of school nursing services is the prevention of illness and disability, and the early detection and correction of health problems. The school nurse is uniquely qualified in preventive health, health assessment, and referral procedures. The school nurse will provide afternoon and evening hours in the health center with some on-call responsibilities. As a result, this position will also come with a one-bedroom apartment.
